AlarmClock
AlarmClock is a utility plug‑in that schedules a countdown and plays an alarm sound directly inside your DAW. It’s designed to keep you on task (take breaks, bounce reminders) without leaving the session. The audio path is transparent; the plug‑in only adds a very low‑level, inaudible keep‑alive signal to prevent suspension in hosts like Logic.
* Purpose: Countdown timer with built‑in alarm tones or a custom user sample.
* Audio Path: Pass‑through (no processing of host audio). Alarm layer is mixed on top when active.
* Behaviour: Uses wall‑clock time so the alarm can trigger even if the host throttles callbacks; UI nudges the processor to fire at T‑0.
* CPU/Latency: Negligible CPU; 0 samples latency.
* Safety: Alarm ramps in over \~5 s; stop fades out over \~0.1 s.

## Feature Highlights
6 alarm types: *Sine Beep, Square Buzzer, Saw Siren, Noise Alarm, Chime, Custom Sample** (looping).
* Custom Sample loader (WAV/AIFF/FLAC/MP3\*) with automatic mono mixdown and 10‑second cap.
* Always‑on tail so the host keeps the plug‑in alive (long tail length is intentional).
Subtle *keep‑alive** signal (\~−70 dBFS) to avoid silence gating in some DAWs.
